It is a quick stroll to town square and walking distance to beach. Family friendly home has a nice yard and a generous deck for entertaing. House features an oversized country kitchen, livingroom, three bathrooms and four bedrooms. There are many improvements since just last year, including a new hard wood floor in the living room, new kitchen table that seats 8, new pots and pans, and a big 30 inch LCD TV.
