Amenities include: Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, blender, fully equiped stainless steel kitchen, 32" flat screen color TV with cable, wireless internet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens, towels, beach towels and chairs included. Parking for one car included. (Additional cars may be parked close by for daily fee) Maximum occupancy 4 people (including children). April 17 to June 19 $1000 June 26 to July 10 $1200 July 17 to September 4 $1400 September 11 to October 16 $1000 Maine State Lodging tax of 7% will be added to this rate. Deposits: Your deposit of 50% will guarantee reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only).
The deposit must be received within 14 days of making the reservation. Deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 45 days prior to arrival date. If less than 45 days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period.
