OGUNQUIT, MAINE 03907 Deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 30 days prior to arrival date. If less that 30 days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period. If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit less the $50 cancellation fee.
