Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent plus $500 security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. The 2nd half of rent plus 7% lodging tax will be due one month before arrival date.

If renter chooses to pay the entire Rent amount plus the security deposit by May 15,2009 the owner will pick up the cost of the 7% lodging tax . This will be a savings of $280.00 for the renter.

Deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 60 days prior to arrival date. If less that 60days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period. If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit less the $75 cancellation fee.
